Free Shipping Across the UAE:

Enjoy free delivery on all orders over AED 60 anywhere in the UAE. Orders below AED 60 carry a small shipping fee, shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Cash on Delivery:

Pay when your order arrives. Cash on delivery is available across the UAE at no extra charge.

Delivery Time:

UAE orders are delivered within 48 hours of placing your order.

Delivery may take longer during official public holidays, Eid, and special occasions. If there is any delay, we will contact you right away.

Order Tracking:

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation message with your tracking number, so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

International Shipping:

We ship worldwide. For orders outside the UAE

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer's responsibility.
  • Deliveries are subject to the laws and customs regulations of the destination country.
  • Delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance.

Damaged or Lost Orders:

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If anything arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the item and packaging. If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve it as quickly as possible.
